Founded in 1949, the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) spans the nation as the world’s most diverse professional organization for women. Tens of thousands of members gather throughout the country, united by a common goal: to support each other in professional development and career advancement.

ABWA’s Wine Country Chapter, founded in 2000, embraces the national mission and goals with our own unique flair. The heart of our chapter is the warmth, friendliness and fun we have together as we work to further our careers, our businesses, our communities and our personal lives.

Alicia Mutch, President

Alicia is a nationally certified massage therapist, a hypnotherapist, a HypnoBirthing® childbirth educator and a birth assistant. She has been in business for 9 years and her studio is located just north of the downtown plaza at Healdsburg Integrative Medicine. She enjoys hiking, gardening, camping, cooking, volunteering and spending time with her family.

Judith Light, Vice President, Hospitality

Judith has been in marketing over 25 years and has owned The Light Company, a marketing consultancy since 1992. Judith is the majority partner and managing director of MoonSong, a web based retail company. She also is a Middle Eastern dance instructor through MoonDancer and a licensed mortgage broker. The joys of her life are her three grandchildren.

Audrey Gondoli, Secretary

Audrey owns MG Insurance Services located in Rohnert Park and has been a property and casualty insurance broker since 1993. Working with individuals starting their first business and those buying their first home is especially gratifying to her. Audrey's passion is creating functional fused glass art. Her son Russell is the joy of her life.
